Medium-class all-terrain AUV from Eelume optimized for high-quality synthetic-aperture-sonar data, precise navigation, and multi-day underwater operations.
Eelume S6 is the medium-class member of the Norwegian company's articulated all-terrain AUV family. It is configured for more demanding navigation, higher-quality data, and longer missions than the portable S3 while retaining the ability to inspect steep terrain, structures, harbors, and complex seabed environments from close range. The official product page lists a 600 m depth rating, endurance configurable up to multi-day operation, a Kongsberg HISAS 2020 synthetic aperture sonar with 3 x 3 cm imagery, and a 4K still camera for photogrammetry and photomosaics. Optional open-API payloads include multibeam, hyperspectral, magnetic, chemical, environmental, and customer-defined sensors for defense, infrastructure, energy, and scientific work.
