Ifremer's 6,000 m science ROV, deployed in the 2023 Titan submersible search at the Titanic site.

Victor 6000 is the deep-diving ROV of France's ocean research institute Ifremer and a workhorse of the French Oceanographic Fleet since the late 1990s. The 4.6-tonne vehicle is rated to 6,000 m and powered through an 8,500 m cable, carrying two manipulators, multiple video cameras, and swappable science toolsleds for sampling and measurements on the deep seafloor. It has supported research on hydrothermal vents, deep ecosystems, and geology, and in June 2023 it was rushed to the Titanic site aboard L'Atalante during the search for the missing Titan submersible, because it could reach the wreck depth and manipulate debris.
