Обзор

Turkish semi-submersible kamikaze drone boat that races in at 60 knots and can dive to avoid detection.

ÇAKA is a submersible kamikaze uncrewed surface vessel unveiled by Turkey's HAVELSAN at IDEF 2023. The 8.5 m, 3.2-tonne trimaran is designed to sprint across the surface at more than 60 knots on a 550 hp diesel, then switch to battery-powered waterjets and slip beneath the surface to around 10 m for the final approach, making it much harder to spot and engage than a conventional drone boat. Its Roketsan high-explosive warhead is intended for surface warships. Reported range is about 250 km, and like other Turkish drone boats it is designed to attack in coordinated groups.

Примечания

Reported figures: 8.5 m length, 3.3 m beam, 3.2 tonnes, trimaran hull, 550 hp diesel for surface running and battery-electric waterjets underwater, 60+ kn surface speed, about 10 m operating depth. Range is given as 250 km by Janes but 250 nm by EDR; the lower figure is recorded here.
