Perry XLX-C is a compact hydraulic work-class ROV from Forum Energy Technologies, whose Perry vehicles are among the most common in the offshore fleet. In a 2.8 m frame it delivers 150 or 200 horsepower, lifts 3,000 kg through its frame, and pulls with about 850 kgf, with depth ratings of 3,000, 4,000, or 6,000 m. Operators use it to support drilling rigs, install and maintain subsea equipment, and carry out inspection and repair. Recent orders include 200 hp units for Brazilian contractors working in deep offshore fields.
