Обзор

Low-cost U.S. electric autonomous boat built for collaborative swarm missions, bought by the U.S. Navy after Silent Swarm trials.

Rampage is the smallest and most widely fielded vessel from HavocAI, a Rhode Island start-up founded by U.S. Navy veterans in 2024. The roughly 14 ft all-electric boat costs on the order of US$100,000 and is built to be bought in large numbers. It cruises around 15 knots, covers about 100 nautical miles on battery and solar power, and carries roughly 300 lb of interchangeable sensors or effectors. HavocAI's collaborative autonomy software lets one operator task many boats that coordinate among themselves, and the same software runs on the company's larger Seahound, Kaikoa, and Atlas hulls. The U.S. Navy bought a dozen Rampages during the Silent Swarm experiments, and the company counts the Army and the Defense Innovation Unit among its users.

Примечания

HavocAI was founded in 2024 in Rhode Island and had raised close to US$100 million by October 2025. The Rampage is reported as a 14 ft (4.3 m) electric boat priced around US$100,000, with a 100 nautical-mile range (converted to 185 km). Larger Seahound (12 m), Kaikoa (13 m), and Atlas (30 m) hulls run the same autonomy stack.
