Chinese armed amphibious drone that sails at up to 50 knots, then drives ashore on retractable tracks.

Marine Lizard is an armed amphibious uncrewed vessel unveiled in 2019 by China's Wuchang Shipbuilding, now part of CSSC, and billed as the first of its kind. The 12 m aluminium trimaran is claimed to reach 50 knots on waterjets, then lower four track units from under its hull and crawl onto a beach at around 20 km/h. With a claimed 1,200 km range and satellite control, it was pitched for seizing beachheads and guarding islands and reefs, carrying remote weapon stations and missiles. Its performance figures come from the builder and state media and were never independently confirmed.

Примечания

Unveiled in 2019 by CSIC's Wuchang Shipbuilding (now part of CSSC). Claimed figures: 12 m length, 4.14 m beam, aluminium trimaran hull, waterjets, 50 kn at sea, about 20 km/h on land via four retractable tracks, 1,200 km range, satellite control. Reports suggested only the hull had been completed, so figures are unverified.
