Visão geral
Ukrainian armed sea drone that carries surface-to-air missiles and was used to shoot down Russian Su-30 fighters in May 2025.
MAGURA V7 is the larger, heavier successor to the Magura V5 kamikaze boat, developed for Ukraine's Defence Intelligence (HUR). The 7.2 m fiberglass craft weighs about 3.4 tonnes fully loaded, cruises at 23 knots and reaches at least 39 knots, and has a published operating radius of 800 nautical miles. A 270 hp diesel engine and 1,200 litres of fuel give at least 48 hours of endurance, extendable to seven days with a generator. Its 650 kg payload can be configured as a warhead with a gyro-stabilized machine-gun turret or as an air-defence variant carrying two repurposed AIM-9M Sidewinder missiles on aviation pylons. In May 2025 HUR reported that Magura V7 drones shot down two Russian Su-30 fighters over the Black Sea, making it the first sea drone publicly credited with destroying crewed combat aircraft.
