Visão geral
Taiwanese trimaran attack drone boat developed for coastal defence, inspired by Ukraine's sea-drone warfare.
Endeavor Manta is an uncrewed attack boat developed by Taiwan's state-linked shipbuilder CSBC Corporation as part of the island's push for asymmetric coastal defence. The 8.6 m fibre-reinforced trimaran has a 3.7 m beam, displaces more than five tonnes fully loaded, and reaches about 35 knots on two outboard motors. It can carry more than a tonne of payload: explosives in the bow for one-way attacks and lightweight torpedoes along its sides. Operators can control it over 4G, radio, or satellite links, and it supports swarm control and autonomous navigation with collision avoidance. CSBC presented it in 2025 as a direct response to Ukraine's success with drone boats against a larger navy.
