Visão geral
Seventy-eight-metre Ocean Infinity robotic offshore vessel for lean-crewed, remotely supported subsea survey, inspection, geotechnical, AUV, and ROV operations.
Armada A78 is Ocean Infinity's 78 m steel-hulled, DP2, multirole robotic offshore vessel class. It is designed for geophysical survey, geotechnical sampling, inspection, maintenance, repair, and remote deployment of the company's AUVs, ROVs, seabed drills, and CPT systems. The official specification sheet lists an economic speed of 8-10 knots, operational endurance of 21-35 days, 690 square metres of deck area, a 1,050 tonne deck-load rating, and two 9 x 4 m moonpools. The class is connected to Ocean Infinity's remote control centre network for vessel monitoring and control of robotic subsystems. It currently carries a lean crew and facilities for marine and payload personnel, so this catalogue identifies it as a robotic vessel rather than presenting it as fully uncrewed.

Notas
Armada A78 is included as a robotic surface platform, but Ocean Infinity currently describes the class as lean-crewed rather than fully uncrewed. The first 78 m class entered service in 2023; Ocean Infinity reported the broader 14-vessel Armada fleet complete in December 2025.
