Sonobot 5 USV is a compact dual-use uncrewed surface vehicle developed by EvoLogics in Germany. The foldable catamaran platform is designed for automated hydrographic surveys, bathymetric mapping, infrastructure inspection, environmental monitoring, search and rescue support, hazard detection, and cooperative missions with divers or AUVs through optional USBL gateway equipment. EvoLogics describes the vehicle as deployable by a single operator, assembled without tools, and suitable for inland and coastal waters. Published specifications captured for this entry include 1.3 m length, operating range over 30 km at 1 m/s, up to nine hours of endurance with one battery pack, survey speeds of 0.5-1.5 m/s, and maximum speed of 5 m/s depending on configuration.
